What's Wrong with Feeling Good?

There is nothing wrong with wanting to feel good.  Synthetic means actually do not work in the long term.  One needs stronger doses to get less high and it reduces our functionality in every area over time.   But every human being wants to feel good.  Our brains are designed by God to make us feel good when we are doing and accomplishing good things.  Giving help to another person, makes us feel good.  Doing a good job at work, makes us feel good.  Accomplishing a goal, over-coming something difficult, exercise, laughing, connecting with other people, giving and receiving love all make us feel good naturally.

The best way to feel good is to receive the forgiveness God has provided in Christ and to know that He loves you know matter what!  Mercy feels good.
