Outpatient Substance Abuse Treatment
and Addiction Counseling Programs in Omaha, NE

This disease of addiction is not fair. Some grow up with a deeper emptiness to manage, and that first drink seems to be the easy release from alienation and inhibition.  Some have only known trouble from childhood until now.   Some with an addictive personality become hooked after only one experience.

It's not fair.  Life is not fair.  But life is still an amazing gift and we still have to overcome our particular disability to survive and flourish..  Ironically, the need placed in your lap can become a compass leading you to an overcoming and  amazing life. God knows it's harder for some than others and He makes up the difference.

Jesus took notice of a poor widow who quietly placed two cents in an offering to God and didn't know she was being watched.  ""Truly I tell you,” he said, “this poor widow has put in more than all the others.
All these people gave their gifts out of their wealth; but she out of her poverty put in all she had to live on.”( Luke 21:2,3)

And he ministered to another woman who was grateful for forgiveness, "Therefore I say to you, her sins, which are many, are forgiven, for she loved much. But to whom little is forgiven, the same loves little."  (Luke 7:47)

Offer your disability to God and you'll become a miracle in the lives of many.
