Set backs occur to everyone everyday.
Most of us are subject to discouragement. The key is to not be
ashamed because you get discouraged. Getting discouraged is
a normal part of life. It's a natural reaction to frustrating
disappointments.
But by simply showing up you can overcome
anything! Show up for work. Show up for dinner.
Show up for the family function you don't feel like going to. Show
up for church. Show up to the next A.A. meeting. Show up to
walk the dog! Show up on your knees before the God who loves you
and wants to impart wisdom and strength into your life. Change and
good things happens when you keep showing up.
