When struggling with an addiction, there certainly is plenty of temptation to get depressed.  But multiple attempts at quitting a habit are normal.  Be kinder to yourself in criticism and tougher on your daily schedule.  Make sure you get out to exercise, get fresh air, take a walk and talk to a friend everyday.  You'll be amazed at how much better you'll feel.  You will get to your goal of being addiction free, just keep going...and praise God for life and all He is teaching you...many will benefit from what you've learned.
