Take stock of your people they are your greatest asset. God has entrusted them to you. Whether they are helping you or you are helping them, you are both helping each other in giving and receiving.  Encourage your encouragers with listening and hope, you don't have to take every piece of advice but remember they are only trying to help and need encouragement like everyone else.  And as you are changing through the process look for opportunities to give to someone else what has been given to you. You'll be all the more strengthened.
