California Access to Recovery Effort (CARE) Ages
12-20
This is an initiative allowing people in need
of substance abuse treatment to make individual choices for recovery
that reflect their personal values.
The CARE program serves youth between 12
through 20 years of age residing in Los Angeles, Sacramento, Butte,
